📦 Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@aurelusa.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
Our support team will provide instructions for sending the item back.
🔄 Exchanges
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products returned after 30 days
📮 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but Aurel USA is not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
